This supportive Transformational Coaching programme is for you if you’re ready to leave behind the baggage of the past and learn to harness your superpowers and thrive.
You know your past trauma but you’re frustrated that you haven’t moved beyond it, and you find yourself repeatedly at risk of burnout, or people-pleasing, or struggling with confidence.
A 6-month one-to-one coaching programme, with additional resources to help you to learn to release the past, forgive yourself, and get back to the real you.

My experience
When I found myself heading into burnout, I knew the system wasn’t going to change. I knew I needed to change my approach, in order to thrive.
As a working Mum, I felt like I was failing in every corner of my life and I was scared I couldn’t sustain it.
I learned the lessons, and now you can benefit from my experience.
I know that you don’t want to give up on your ambitions.
But you’re tired, overstretched, and stressed. It’s hard to be effective, when you’re juggling so much. I know you want solutions that are easy to implement and sustainable. My approach is practical, supportive and insightful.
